As Export Manager, I work in an area where no two days are the same, and that is exactly what is best about it. With a degree in Economics, a Master’s degree in Management and Leadership, and knowledge gained as an Export Coordinator, I work in this field, but for me, real development always happens in practice.

Already at the beginning of my career, both in tourism and at Audi, it became clear to me that continuous learning and openness to renewal are essential in a rapidly changing global environment. In 2022, guided by this mindset, I joined Rábalux as an Export Sales Assistant, then continued as a Coordinator, and I currently work as a Manager.

For me, international sales is not only a job, but a dynamic space where we build new markets, look for opportunities, and establish relationships all around the world. Throughout my professional journey, this pace and diversity have always driven me forward: unexpected decision-making situations, real responsibility, and tangible results. Day by day, I work with partners from different cultures, which continuously provides me with new perspectives. I believe that while building business, we also connect people and ways of thinking. The diversity inherent in markets and partners gives my work its energy and momentum.

At Rábalux, I am part of a company built on stable foundations, yet developing dynamically, where initiative and thinking represent real value. I am motivated by the fact that here, international growth is not only a distant goal, but part of everyday operations. I believe in partnership: in the idea that development does not happen by itself, but that we shape it, and the best results always come from working together.
