I started my career in economics and finance, and from the very beginning it was important to me not only to work with numbers, but also to create real value for the organization.

I joined the Rábalux team in 2005, and from the very first moment I was impressed by the company’s commitment to renewal and by the dynamism that is evident both in the development of new solutions and in its internal operations.

Over the past 20 years, I have gained experience in many different positions at Rábalux – from handling daily financial operations to engaging in strategic planning. These years have taught me that behind every economic process there are always people, stories, and shared goals.

As Deputy Finance Manager, I had the opportunity to gain an in-depth understanding of the company’s operations, support decision-making, and help develop systems that ensure sustainable long-term growth.

I believe in continuous learning, keeping pace with the company’s development, because this is the only way to create real value and effectively support organizational goals.

Today, as Regional Finance Manager, I work to ensure that Rábalux operates on a stable and transparent financial foundation – while also responding boldly to market challenges and staying open to innovation. For me, this is not only a professional responsibility, but also a personal mission: to help Rábalux become a workplace and a business partner that everyone can trust.

Above all, my greatest motivation remains working together with my colleagues. I believe that trust, open communication, and professional curiosity are what drive us forward. I am proud to be a member of this team and to contribute to shaping the future of Rábalux.
