I have been always working in sales. So far during my career I have had the chance to work in sectors, such as the tobacco, pharmaceutical, construction and building material industry. In the past 25 years I worked in the Romanian sales market in positions of middle and high management level, thus contributing to the work of teams at international companies. At the beginning of my career I joined Philip Morris, the leading tobacco company, where I worked at the sales department in several positions for thirteen years. Following a change, I spent twelve years as a manager at real estate, pharmaceutical and building material production companies. Before I joined Rábalux, I was the sales division manager of the Romanian branch of L’Oreal. Throughout my career I had the chance to work for large international companies and to acquire sales techniques and methods that I can still rely on today. I experienced what challenges emerge when you create a strategy and put it into practice. I also had the opportunity to build up both international and domestic brands. As a manager I have learnt to react flexibly to changes and to bring out the best of every situation. In the past years I deliberately trained myself: I tried to deepen my professional knowledge and I found continuous learning equally important as a manager. I believe in the power of team and I try to keep a contact with my colleagues that is based on trust and good cooperation.
