I graduated from the Faculty of Economic Sciences in Cluj-Napoca, my hometown, with a degree in Management. In 2000, I began my professional career in sales, management, and logistics at the largest importer of ceramic tiles at the time, where I worked for five and a half years, including two years in Bucharest. In 2005, I decided to return to Cluj and continued my career in sales as a distribution director for a family-owned company specializing in interior finishes, technical-sanitary products, and installations. In 2008, I transitioned to B2B sales in the construction materials sector. During this time, I learned that even amid real estate and financial crises, business opportunities exist, and success is possible through diligent work. After two years, I joined Cemacon, a local brick producer, where I spent nearly nine years in various roles including ASM, Regional Centre Coordinator, Regional Manager for Northern Romania, and Key Account Manager. One notable project involved expanding Cemacon's business internationally, where I initiated relationships with clients in Hungary, Bulgaria, and the Republic of Moldova. From 2016 to 2019, I took part in an innovative personal development and counselling project, a professional training program funded by Cemacon for top and middle management positions, which was completed in several stages. From June 2019 to January 2024, I worked for Max Bau, where I coordinated two sales teams in Cluj and Oradea and managed the entire logistics infrastructure for a regional warehouse of construction materials and finishes. Our main sales channels were distribution and B2B/B2C projects. Even during the pandemic, my team and I achieved remarkable success by leveraging business instincts and continuously gathering market information. In January 2024, I joined the RABALUX team, a leading multinational company in the lighting fixtures market, as the Managing Director for Romania. Guided by my steadfast commitment to business, ethical, and professional values, I am confident that we will achieve great success together.
