“Continuous development. As a young professional I felt it very encouraging and comforting that the organization helped my personal professional development with continuous training support. It is a wonderful feeling that there are not only expectations, but also kind gestures in our company. Being a regional finance manager, I find constant development very important and I consider it my top priority to provide my colleagues with every opportunity and support that is necessary for them to reach their professional goals.”

I joined Rábalux as a career entrant in 2007. I had already known it perfectly well back then that I wanted to work only in the field of economy and finance. I graduated from the Faculty of Finance and Accountancy of Budapest Business School (BBS) and received my BBA degree. After that when I successfully passed the final exam and became a certified accountant, I could step up further in the hierarchy of the company and continued working as an accountant. In 2008 extending this position I had the chance to take part in an intense SAP training and became an SAP key user as well. This was really motivating for me, because this training contributed to a large extent to the enhancement of my knowledge on this field. I think anyone who wishes to be successful in economy and finance must also acquire proper IT knowledge specific to this profession. Following that I went on with my studies and applied to the MBA programme of the Faculty of Finance and Accountancy of BBS in 2009 and I was admitted. The two-year programme I had to complete while I was working was very demanding, especially because of the tiresome commuting between Budapest and Győr. But Rábalux provided me with the necessary support so in 2011 I successfully graduated as a chartered economist specialised on auditing and controlling. In 2012 I had the chance to further develop and to make another step forward working as a director of finance. The new position meant a huge challenge, but I knew exactly what was essential for my personal development, so I started my studies as a tax adviser within the adult education framework of BBS while receiving a remarkable support from Rábalux again. At the same time there was an ever-growing demand for the development of controlling processes within the corporate group, because the company developed further and has built up a considerable international background. In 2013 the management of the company decided to offer me this task, so I worked on as an international finance and controlling manager. My theoretical knowledge was now topped up with tax adviser qualifications as well. The corporate group kept on moving ahead on a very dynamic path until the management realized that it was time to concentrate all economic processes in one hand. The seamless development of the company as well as the professional knowledge and experience accumulated throughout the years helped me decide to accept the regional finance manager position offered to me by the management at the beginning 2017, which I did gladly and with great professional dedication. I think the key to my success in case of Rábalux group is that I could find a job at a company, which has been dynamically developing and I have managed to keep the pace with this improvement, while being given maximum support, thus providing a high-level professional background. However, I believe that the success of a given department depends not only on the attitude and work of the manager, but the high-level expertise of colleagues contributing to that given field is equally important. Our common goal for the future is to put all the above into effect and maintain it while considering the professional development and success of my colleagues as a top priority and providing them with more and more challenge related to their work.
