I have been working for Rábalux Group for twelve years now. We started business in two countries, in Slovakia and in the Czech at the same time and we made Rábalux brand well-known. I have been directly managing the operations of the Czech subsidiary ever since. Throughout these twelve years l took part in the creation and development of the most important sales channels first of our Slovak then that of our Czech subsidiary. In order to provide our partners with a full service, I still actively take part in the sales processes. My foremost task is to increase the efficiency of the sales channels, to obtain business, to create the sortiment and to optimize the operational processes of the Czech organization. I consider the company to some extent to be “my own child”, because I have actively contributed to the establishment of the Czech subsidiary, the selection of employees and I gained experience in how to start a business almost from scratch. I also had the chance to experience with the support of the centre how to make a brand well known abroad. I learned how to manage a growing company, how to motivate people and how to lead a stable, well-operating business. It is especially motivating for me that I can be part of the different life cycles of a company. I have gathered plenty of experience and I am really glad that I was given trust and opportunity to build up and operate a subsidiary, which has newer and newer challenges on a daily basis. In the past years numerous changes happened in the life of the centre and the Czech organization, without which we could not have reacted successfully if there had not been a dedicated and very professional team to support us. I am proud of what we have managed to create.
